A high-end tenant improvement in a Class-A commercial office building, 113 Executive Drive, Ste 129 was designed to provide a modern, functional workspace for corporate clients. Despite a tight schedule and complex layout, our team executed the interior framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, hardware, and finish carpentry with precision and minimal disruption to building operations.

The project adhered to the client’s sustainability goals through efficient material use and coordination with building management systems for operational efficiency.
